great location good size room nice decoration
The location was excellent. Very close to St Mark's Square, I found it convenient. My room had a good size. It was nicely decorated. Breakfast had a great view.
I noticed the room felt somewhat stuffy, this was a minor inconvenience.

central location sweet breakfast attentive staff
The hotel has a central location. It's near shops and important sites. Breakfast included both savory and sweet options. I found the hotel very clean. It also has a lift. The staff was attentive.

The staff was helpful with luggage both before check-in and after check-out. They were also able to arrange a breakfast to go leaving early. Their attentiveness contributed positively to my stay of three nights.

The hotel is very close to a main square. It allows easy access to various attractions and sites. A vaporetto stop is also within walking distance, facilitating travel to other areas. I found this a convenient feature.

poor coffee sugary syrup
the location was acceptable near san marco square.
i found the coffee at breakfast to be of poor quality. some of the fruit was also in a sugary syrup. the single lift for such a busy hotel often broke down. there was no staff available to help with heavy bags.
